Applications: Flash 'n Slash® gloves and sleeves are designed for cut resistance in sheet metal, glass, and knife blade hazards where there is a potential exposure to heat, sparks, or open flame. The Fyron® 45 continuous filament yarn combines ultra high tensile strength with a yarn hardness to provide cut resistance in sheet metal, machined metal, glass, and knife blade applications. This yarn and the special palm coating used in style 6705 gloves are inherently flame resistant.
Information: Flash 'n Slash gloves can be reconditioned with the Bantex® cleaning process. Products cleaned with this process are bacteria free and cosmetically acceptable for users to wear. The initial unit cost is reduced with each cycle of reuse. Color-coded cuffs make size identification easier and aid in sorting and dispensing product that has been cleaned. Flash 'n Slash gloves are 100% latex free.
Cautions: Due to their tacky grip, style 6705 gloves are not recommended for use when turning nuts, bolts, or screws with a power tool as this can result in a "wrap-up." Flash 'n Slash® gloves should be edge-tested prior to approval for use.
