Applications: Flash 'n Slash® gloves and sleeves are designed for cut resistance in sheet metal, glass, and knife blade hazards where there is a potential exposure to heat, sparks, or open flame. The Fyron™ 45 continuous filament yarn combines ultra high tensile strength with a yarn hardness that allows these products to resist the cutting edges of sheet metal, machined metal, glass, and knife blades. This yarn and the special palm coating used in style 6705 gloves are inherently flame resistant.
Information: Both the gloves and sleeves are comfortable to wear. Both products can be reconditioned with the Bantex® process. Products cleaned with this process are bacteria free and cosmetically acceptable for users to wear. The initial unit cost is reduced with each cycle of reuse. Color-coded cuffs make size identification easier and aid in sorting and dispensing product that has been cleaned. Flash 'n Slash gloves and sleeves are 100% latex free.
Cautions: Due to their tacky grip, style 6705 gloves are not recommended for use when turning nuts, bolts, or screws with a power tool as this can result in a "wrap-up." Flash 'n Slash® gloves and sleeves should be edge-tested prior to approval for use.
